SC GREENTECH SA, owner of the project “Pump station and wastewater collector treated from Greentech SA at the sewerage network of Buzau municipality”, announces the interested public on the decision of the classification stage by the Buzau Environmental Protection Agency: not subject to evaluation environmental impact, is not subject to environmental impact in a cross-border context and is not subject to adequate assessment for the above-mentioned project, proposed to be located in Odaia Banului village, Tintesti commune and Buzau municipality, Buzau county.
The draft of the classification decision and the reasons that substantiate it can be consulted at the headquarters of the competent authority for environmental protection Buzau from Buzau municipality, Sfantul Sava street from Buzau, no. 3, on Mondays-Fridays, between 8 am and 4 pm, as well as at the following internet address www.apmbz.anpm.ro.
The interested public can submit comments / observations to the draft classification decision within 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement on the website of the competent authority for environmental protection.
