Public announcement regarding the decision of the classification stage

SC GREENTECH SA, owner of the project "Development of temporary storage pool of treated water", announces the interested public on the decision of the classification stage by the Environmental Protection Agency Buzau: it is not subject to environmental impact assessment, it is not subject to environmental impact assessment in cross-border context and is not subject to adequate evaluation, for the above-mentioned project, proposed to be located in the village. Odaia Banului, Tintesti commune, Frasinu Farm, Buzau county.
The draft of the classification decision and the reasons substantiating it can be consulted at the headquarters of the competent authority for environmental protection Buzau from Buzau mun., Str. Sfântul Sava de la Buzau, no. 3, on Mondays - Fridays, between 8-16, as well as at the following internet address www.apmbz.anpm.ro.
The interested public may submit comments / observations to the draft classification decision within 10 days from the date of publication of the notice on the website of the competent authority for environmental protection.
