SC GREENTECH SA, the owner of the "Monitoring Drilling Arrangement" project, informs the interested public about the decision-making of the framework stage by the Buzău Environmental Protection Agency: it is not subject to environmental impact assessment, it is not subject to environmental impact assessment in a cross-border context and it is not subject to appropriate evaluation, for the above-mentioned project, proposed to be located in Țintești commune, village Odaia Banului, Buzău county, holder SC GREENTECH SA.
The draft of the classification decision and the reasons behind it can be consulted at the headquarters of the competent authority for the protection of the Buzău environment in the municipality of Buzău, Sfântul Sava la Buzău Street , no. 3, from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm, as well as at the following link: www.apmbz.anpm.ro.
The interested public can submit comments/observations on the draft of the classification decision within 10 days from the date of the announcement publication on the website of the competent authority for environmental protection.
