Constantin Damov
Constantin Damov is the president of GreenGroup and one of the group co-founders, a key player in resource regeneration and the circular economy in Europe. With over 25 years of experience in the recycling industry, including metallurgy, end-of-life vehicles, plastics, and electronics, Constantin is also an expert in waste management legislation in Romania. He has participated in working groups for the transposition of European waste directives into Romanian law.
As an active advocate for the circular economy, Constantin is the president of the Coalition for the Circular Economy (CERC), an organization that accelerates circularity in Romania. Additionally, he promotes education in recycling, resource efficiency, and sustainability, serving as a mentor to a new generation of experts as an associate professor in the first master's program in circular economy at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, starting in 2021. He frequently gives presentations on the circular economy at industry forums and conferences, both in Romania and abroad.

Alina Genes
Alina Genes leads GreentTech SA, the GreenGroup Plastic Recycling Division and the largest PET recycler in CEE Europe and a top producer of recycled polyester staple fibers. Under her leadership, the division provides sustainable solutions, CO2 emission savings, and 100% recycled products. With over 20 years of expertise in the PET recycling industry, and a strong background in finance, Alina is passionate and dedicated to her work, prioritizing responsibility towards nature, partners, and employees. She finds purpose in doing the right thing for the future of our lives, families, and community.

Marius Costache
Marius Costache is the CEO of GreenWEEE, GreenGlass and Verdum, with over 15+ years of experience in the waste management industry, with a focus on collecting and recycling e-waste and packaging waste. Since 2016, he has been a member of the board of directors of EERA - European Electronics Recyclers Association, being involved both nationally and internationally in studies on the economic analysis of business models

Alina Georgescu
Alina Georgescu is an experienced professional with 15 years of expertise across both public and private sectors, currently serving as the CEO of GreenResources. Throughout her career, she has been known for her strategic thinking, leadership in sustainability initiatives, and ability to foster meaningful partnerships with producers and industry stakeholders. Alina’s background includes a robust understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable business practices. She has played a key role in advocating for policy changes that support recycling and waste reduction efforts in Romania.

Andreea Mija
Andreea Mija is the founder and CEO of Expert Cleaning. The company providies specialized cleaning solutions for heavy industries and DIY stores in Romania. Under her leadership, Expert Cleaning has shown strong growth potential and was recently acquired by GreenGroup, a leader in the circular economy and waste management in Eastern Europe. Andreea will retain a minority stake in the business and will closely collaborate with Eltex Recycling, a GreenGroup subsidiary, to develop innovative and efficient solutions for industrial clients.

Andrei Dobrin
Andrei Dobrin is the CEO of SIGAD, bringing over 8 years of experience in developing environmental reporting platforms and reporting itself. With a background in Automation and Computer Science and experience in multinational companies, he joined SIGAD to drive the company’s growth as a leading provider of environmental reporting tools in Romania. Andrei plays a crucial role in helping companies understand their reporting needs, efficiently gather data from various departments and processes, and ensure that reporting is complete, seamless, and fully digitalized. The modules of the SIGAD platform integrate with existing ERP systems and equipment to maximize automation in ESG data reporting.

Vitoldas Sapožnikovas
Vitoldas Sapožnikovas is the CEO of Žalvaris, which is one of the largest waste management companies in Lithuania. With a strong finance background and over 20 years of expertise in various industries and diverse profile businesses in very different countries in Europe, he is leading multiple areas, focusing on attracting companies’ investments, acquisitions, and strategy implementation for waste recycling. With an ability to turn an idea into a business from the ground up, Vitoldas promotes innovations and non-standard solutions, that benefits a leading company and has a positive sustainable impact for the sector.
