Whistleblowing

The activity of GreenGroup companies is carried out with honesty and integrity. For this reason, each company has implemented a Whistleblowing Procedure designed to protect against ethical misconduct, fraud, or any non-compliance that may harm the company’s image, cause financial loss, or attract legal penalties.

How the procedure works

The Whistleblowing Procedure allows employees, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to confidentially report any misconduct, irregularities, or violations of the law, as well as breaches of the company’s internal ethics and business conduct standards. Reports are handled by an independent service provider, ensuring anonymity and protection against any form of retaliation or dismissal.

Please note that GreenGroup is a business platform, not a legal entity. Integrity reports are therefore not collected centrally, but through the dedicated reporting systems of each GreenGroup company.

By submitting a report in good faith through the relevant company’s reporting channel, you will be recognized as an integrity whistleblower and protected under that company’s Privacy Policy and Procedure for Reporting Ethical Misconduct, Irregularities, or Violations of Law. These documents can be found on the websites of the respective companies.

Reports can be submitted confidentially or anonymously via e-mail, post, or telephone, using the contact information provided in the Whistleblowing Procedure available on each GreenGroup company’s website.
