SC GREENTECH SA, owner of the project “Partial dismantling of object C2 + rehabilitation, extension and modernization of wastewater treatment plant”, announces the interested public on the decision of the stage of classification for the Buzau Environmental Protection Agency: it is not subject to environmental impact assessment, it is not subject to the environmental impact assessment in a cross-border context and it is not subject to adequate assessments for their mentioned project, proposed to be located in Odaia Banului village, Tintesti commune, Frasinu farm, Buzău county.
The draft decision of classification and motivation that substantiates it can be consulted at the headquarters of the competent authorities for environmental protection Buzau, from Buzău municipality, Sfantul Sava street from Buzau, no. 3 on Mondays-Fridays, between 8 am and 4 pm, as well as the following internet address www.apmbz.anpm.ro.
The interested public can submit comments / observations to the draft decision of classification within 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement on the website of the unit competent for environmental protection.
